It's such a pity that so few of our fellow 219'ers bother posting on this site or don't know that it exists. I have been looking at the site created for and used by 223 entry (
http://223halton.hosting.idnet.net/). I know 223 was a very small entry compared with ours, but they seem to have gone out of their way to create a site that contains a whole wealth of information about their members. Just take a look at what they have achieved.
On another subject, I had the privilege of hosting Des Burgess and his family back in January 2006. For those of you who don't know, Des, his wife Carol and their children David, Steven and Leanne emigrated to Australia in 1988. They were in the UK ostensibly to visit with their families and went out of their way to spend a day with us.
